洛陽開元礦業(yè)集團有限公司，始成立于2006年，主營業(yè)務(wù)涵蓋礦產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易、礦山開發(fā)、酒店服務(wù)、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)和金融投資等，集團位于洛陽市開元大道269號唐都園區(qū)；中國民主建國會會員、洛陽青年聯(lián)合委員會常委、洛陽市慈善風(fēng)云人物、青年企業(yè)家許明月先生，現(xiàn)任洛陽開元集團董事長兼總經(jīng)理。
集團業(yè)務(wù)涉及有色金屬礦山開發(fā)、有色金屬礦產(chǎn)品購銷與進出口貿(mào)易、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)、酒店服務(wù)與管理、企業(yè)管理與咨詢、資本投資等多個領(lǐng)域。集團旗下共有十余家全資子公司，主要包括貴州開元礦業(yè)有限公司、興?？h銅鑫礦業(yè)有限公司、洛陽集美酒店管理有限公司、洛陽唐都房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司、北京明峰資本管理有限公司、北京明峰管理咨詢有限公司、北京釋源文化傳媒有限公司等。

Luoyang Kaiyuan Mining Group Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, is located in Tangdu Park, No. 269 Kaiyuan Avenue, Luolong District, Luoyang, and its main business covers ore products trade, mining exploitation, hotel services, real estate development, financial investment, etc. Young entrepreneur Xu Mingyue, the member of China Democratic National Assembly, is the founder and actual controller of the company. Currently, Mr. Xu is the president and general manager of this group.
The Group's business involves nonferrous metal mines selection, purchase and sale of nonferrous metal ore products and import and export trades, real estate development, hotel services and management, new energy exploration and construction, enterprise management and consultation, capital investment and other fields. There are more than ten wholly-owned companies in Luoyang Kaiyuan Mining Group Co., Ltd., mainly including Guizhou Kaiyuan Mining Co., Ltd., Xinghai County Tongxin Mining Co., Ltd., Luoyang Jimei Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Luoyang Tangdu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.,Beijing Mingfeng Capital Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Mingfeng Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Beijing Shiyuan Culture Media Co., Ltd., etc.
